We provide a 14 day window after you purchase so that you have the opportunity to inspect the product for any manufacturing defects. If you return or exchange after 14 days we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
What do I do if I my product needs fixed?
If any part of your product is damaged, worn away, or needs replaced, please let us know!
We are happy to restore it for you.
What if my gemstone or jewelry is lost or damaged?
Unfortunately, if a gemstone or piece of jewelry is lost or damaged, most of these pieces are unique and cannot be easily replaced.
We will do our best to find a replacement for you.
Who pays for shipping?
